Venkat Raman

Venkat has over 40 years extensive experience in project management, developing and analyzing requirements, developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Organization Breakdown Structures (OBS), specifying and procuring software and hardware, bid evaluation and selecting Contractor, preparing and presenting project activity reports. His background also includes staffing, proposal writing, product design reviews, project control using software, and client relations for the petroleum and aerospace industries, including city government computer for controlling a water project. His career provided for his extensive experience in the Petrochemical Industry, City Government, Space Industry, and Rail Projects for the Transportation Industry. Venkat has earned his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the Annamalai University, India and a M.B.A from the University of Houston. Member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers
