Bob Dyer

Bob began his corporate career with EXXON as a planning analyst in marketing.  With Cooper Industries, he served as a division controller and rose to Senior Vice President of the corporation.  Bob then moved to Houston Industries as Vice President, Corporate Development.  His focus has been primarily in the areas of operations integration and management, corporate strategy and development, M & A, investor relations, and the creation and management of a venture capital fund.  His education includes a BSIE (Texas Tech University) and an MBA from The Wharton School.  Bob has served the community as a deacon of his church and on the boards of United Way, YMCA (Association), The Women’s Home, Houston Grand Opera, and as Chairman of the Greater Houston Area Chapter of the American Red Cross.  He now serves as Operations Manager at Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church.
