Tracy Little is president of H-M Resource Management, Inc. and Vice-President of H-M Oil Company. H-M Oil Company is a small independent oil and gas producing company owning onshore producing properties in Texas. H-M Resource Management, Inc. is the operating entity for those properties. Tracy’s primary responsibilities include regulatory issues and land matters. He has a B.A. and J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. He has been an active member of Chapelwood UMC for over 20 years and has been married to his wife Susan for 15 years. They have 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren.
