Michael Lewis

Michael is a Development Officer with Major Gifts responsibility at the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX. He is in his “second career” in the non-profit sector, having worked previously for Houston Graduate School of Theology and Mission Houston for over 5 years. Prior to his career in non-profit philanthropy, Michael worked for 10 years in the private sector with DefensiveDriving.com, BMC Software and Enron Capital & Trade Resources. Michael earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA and he is originally from San Antonio, TX. He and his wife Cynthia Aceves-Lewis are high school sweethearts, and they are members of City of Refuge Evangelical Presbyterian Church where Michael serves as a Deacon.
