Blueprint for Success: Interactive Business Planning Work Sessions Presented by:

This summer, Newspring will host a two part, hands-on working sessions focused on creating business plans that leads to success. This is not a lecture. When you complete these two sessions, you will have:

Business report card – an assessment of your individual business
Business plan – a high-level plan you create for your business
Strategic understanding - how to select the best strategy for you
Action plan – a prioritized list of action items

You will work in groups of three participants with an experienced businessperson assigned to facilitate each group. The facilitators will guide, challenge, and sharpen your thinking. Sessions are organized as follows:

Session I – June 7th

Business Readiness Assessment
Business Plan Fundamentals
Strategic Business Alternative

Session II – July 12th

Presentation and Peer Review of Business Plans
Refinement of Plans and Strategies
Action Planning

How to Register:
Attendance is limited to the first 25 paid participants. You must pre-register to attend. There is no registration at the door. Registration for Blueprint for Success workshop is $50 with pre-register online on or before May 31st. Registration between June 1st and June 5th is $65. Registration ends on June 5th.
