He has been instrumental in customer acquisition, operations reorganization, and market strategy development. Education includes B.A. and M.B.A degrees with concentrations in Finance from University of Phoenix and University of St. Thomas respectively. Mark has been married to his wife Connie for over 25 years and both are active at Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church.
