Brian Jarrard is currently the Director of Land Development at Holcomb Properties Company. Named “Developer of the Year” in 2008, Holcomb Properties is a real estate investment company which specializes in the development of single-family subdivisions and shopping centers in the Houston market. Brian oversees the management, marketing, and development of the projects within the company’s portfolio, as well as analysis of potential acquisitions. Brian holds a BBA in Finance with a Real Estate Emphasis from Texas Tech University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2006.
