2009 Business Plan Competition
The second annual Newspring/HCC business plan competition was completed with a final judging April 7, 2009. This year’s competition saw over 50 entrants apply in November 2008, with 25 teams selected to begin the competition. Newspring provided experienced business professionals as advisers to each team. HCC’s Spring Branch campus provided each team with a Faculty Sponsor.
Five finalists were selected to make presentations on April 7. Our distinguished panel of judges listened to the presentations, then deliberated in closed session before selecting the winners.
